As part of our broader commitment to the fight against sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) and our ongoing harm reduction policy, we offer Care Team services for clubs, venues, festivals, open-airs, cultural operators, and event organisers. Whether you are planning a one-night event, a recurring party, or a large-scale festival, our teams can help you put in place the right prevention and response measures.

Our Care Teams provide expertise, on-site support, and practical advice before, during, and after your event. This can include:

• door hosting and welcome support
• mobile care teams on site
• awareness desks

Operators have to note that care & awareness teams must be part of a larger vision within their structure : clear SGBV response frameworks, community-based harm reduction practices, protocols and staff trainings. This can also be asked as a long term accompaniment being a member of BBN network.
